This is a fully automatic double-sided number tube insertion machine. It bends the wire into a U shape during processing, and puts the wire head and wire tail on the same side for processing, which greatly improves the production efficiency. This machine is suitable for processing wires with a total length of more than 300mm. It integrates the functions of cutting, stripping, crimping, laser marking heat shrinkable tubes, inserting heat shrinkable tubes, and inserting housings. The coil-mounted heat-shrinkable tube can be cut to a fixed length, and the heat-shrinkable tube is inserted on the wire after the wire is cut and stripped. After the terminal crimping is completed, the heat-shrinkable tube is automatically pushed onto the terminal, and the automatic heating device will automatically heat and shrink the heat-shrinkable tube into place.
The whole machine adopts the concept of modular flexible design, one machine can easily process many different products, and each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program, for example, the function of inserting heat shrinkable tube can be closed. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping applicators and corresponding penetration fixtures. The use of the machine is flexible. After the current product is produced, it will not cause idle waste of the machine, and it can be easily switched to produce other products.
Both the wire cutting and stripping and translation mechanism are driven by high-precision servo motors, and the cutter adopts a positive and negative screw structure with high stripping precision. The crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron. The whole machine has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a crimping force monitor to monitor the crimping force curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the crimping force is abnormal, it can automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance and size after crimping to ensure product quality. The standard crimping machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, and a servo crimping machine can also be selected.
Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system that supports MES connection, with a built-in network interface, which can be connected to the MES system through a local area network, to realize remote reading or setting of parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.
