Fully Automatic Ferrule Crimping and Heat Shrinkable Tube Insertion Machine

KS-T3103 is a fully automatic insulated terminal double-sided insertion heat shrinkable tube machine, which is specially designed for crimping insulated terminals. With the twisting function, the copper wires can be twisted together and then inserted into the inner hole of the terminal for crimping, which can effectively prevent the reverse wire phenomenon. This machine integrates the functions of wire cutting, wire stripping, crimping terminals on both sides, inserting heat shrinkable tubes on both sides, and laser marking. The coil-mounted heat-shrinkable tube can be cut to a fixed length, and each of the wire head and the end of the wire is equipped with a laser marking machine, which can automatically mark on the heat-shrinkable tube, and the heat-shrinkable tube is automatically heated and shrunk in place.
