Automatic Wire Terminating Machine

This series is a multifunctional double-sided fully automatic crimping machine. There are 3 sub-models to choose from (see technical parameters for details), which integrates functions such as wire cutting, stripping, and crimping. It can crimp all kinds of cross-feed terminals, straight-feed terminals, and flag-shaped terminals. It is also suitable for crimping bulk terminals. Bulk terminals can be automatically fed through the vibrating plate. The wire inlet is equipped with 3 sets of straighteners, the four-wheel wire feeding mechanism can prevent the wire from slipping, the length of the cutting wire is accurate, and the position of the crimping terminal is accurate.

When processing long wires, a conveyor belt can be selected, and the processed wires can be placed straight and neatly into the receiving tray. A crimping force monitor can be selected to monitor the crimping force curve changes of each crimping process in real time, and automatically alarm and stop when the crimping force is abnormal. A CCD visual inspection system can also be selected to inspect the appearance of the terminals after crimping to ensure product quality. Models with special functions can be customized according to customer needs.

Adopting the concept of flexible design, one machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, you only need to replace the corresponding wire inlet conduit and crimping applicator. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time.
