This machine is specially designed for processing double-combined wires. It integrates the functions of cutting, stripping, splitting, and crimping terminals. The splitting mold can automatically crimp and cut the two ends of the double-combined wires, and automatically crimp the terminals after stripping. This machine adopts the concept of flexible design. One machine can process many different products. When replacing wires and terminals, you only need to replace the corresponding splitting mold and crimping mold.
Color touch screen operation interface, each functional module can be opened or closed freely in the program, for example, the function of crimping terminal at one end can be turned off, so as to realize crimping terminal at one end and stripping only at the other end. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database. When switching products, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key, saving debugging time. In addition, a crimping force monitor can be selected, which can automatically alarm and stop when the crimping is abnormal to ensure product quality.
