Wire Cutting Stripping Twisting and Crimping Machine

This is an economical 1-side automatic crimping machine, which can cut the wire to length, strip and twist the wire at one end, and crimp the terminal at the other end. The wire inlet is equipped with a straightener, which can automatically straighten the wire and improve the stability of the machine operation. The four-wheel wire feeding mechanism can prevent the wire from slipping and improve the wire feeding accuracy. The crimping machine adopts a standard OTP bayonet apllicator with a stroke of 30mm, which is suitable for crimping various tray-mounted cross-feed terminals and direct-feed terminals.

One machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding crimping dies and wire inlet conduits. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, twisting force, and crimping position can be set in the program. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products into different program numbers, and the corresponding crimping parameters can be called out with one key when switching products.
