Single Wire Dual Terminal Crimping and Tube Insertion Machine

One type of wire, one type of heat shrinkable tube, and multiple types of terminals are available on line. According to the production work order, single specifications can be produced in batches or multiple specifications can be produced in groups. After the production of each group of wires, a label is printed and attached in real time (indicating the purpose of the cabinet number) to facilitate subsequent cabinet production;

Counter weight single-axis pay-off machine (used for shaft installation) or equipped with pay-off reel (used for small reels);

Equipped with UV laser coding machine (optional thermal transfer printing machine) for marking heat shrink tubes. The processing technology of engraving the wire number on the heat shrink tube after heat shrink molding is adopted to ensure that the content of the wire number is visible from the front;

Equipped with two sets of crimping units and using a servo crimping machine, all crimping parameters are automatically switched and the crimping quality is monitored in real time. It adopts a three-axis mechanical arm + circular vibration automatic feeding terminal (no direct vibration), and circular vibration glue spraying treatment to avoid damage to the terminal coating;

The supporting data conversion software can remotely dispatch work orders through the internal network and automatically and quickly convert them into production instructions;

The MES interface is reserved to capture equipment operation and production data in real time (such as total production volume, operating efficiency, defective rate, material usage, downtime, etc.).
