This is a fully automatic thin wire type double-sided wire stripping and crimping machine, the thinnest can process 32 gauge wire, which integrates the functions of wire cutting, wire stripping, and crimping terminals. It can crimp all kinds of cross-feed terminals, direct-feed terminals, and flag-shaped terminals. The special tool holder structure makes this machine capable of processing ultra-short wires, and it supports the shortest cutting wire length of 20mm to make terminals at both ends. When processing long wires, you can also choose a conveyor belt, which can put the processed wires straight and neatly into the receiving tray.

  2. The workmanship of the whole machine is precise, and a total of 6 sets of Mitsubishi servo motors are used. The length of the cutting wire and the position of the crimping terminal are very accurate. The crimping machine is integrally formed of ductile iron, which has strong rigidity and stable crimping height. It can be equipped with a crimping force monitor to monitor the crimping force curve changes of each crimping process in real time. When the crimping force is abnormal, it will automatically alarm and stop. In addition, a CCD visual inspection system can also be selected to take pictures of the wire stripping effect and terminal crimping effect to ensure product quality.

  3. Adopting the concept of flexible design, one machine can process a variety of different products. When replacing wires and terminals, you only need to replace the corresponding wire inlet conduit and crimping applicator. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, the program memory function can save the processing parameters of different products in the database, when switching products, you can call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key, saving debugging time.
